HENRE II Management

The Management Group was set up by the project leader and HENRE members attending the Erasmus Group meeting held in October 2003. In order to encourage all European countries to eventually be involved in the network, the HENRE management group is designed to ensure coverage of the entire European region. Membership consists of partners from Finland, Ireland, Lithuania and the UK.

Terms of Reference

  • To maintain an oversight of the activities of the three subgroups
  • To ensure consistency between the work of the subgroups and the project objectives
  • To provide a forum to debate issues arising from all aspects of the project
  • To identify and evaluate any risks to the project
  • To make strategic decisions regarding the future direction of the project
