Become a participating member of HENRE Instructions on how to join HENRE 2 Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the network! To join you will first need to complete two documents: FORM A – Letter of intent. You will find a template letter in the panel, right. Please enter your institutional details and print this onto your institutions' headed paper. It is vital that this is signed by the Legal representative of your institution or organisation. FORM B – Contract Modification form. You will notice this document covers many different forms relating to contract modification. The section you need is ‘New Partner form’ on pages 10 and 11. Tthe grant agreement number has been filled in for you. The codes that you need to complete the form are in the document entitled 'Annex codes for new partners' form. Please complete Please complete these pages, print them out and send them through the mail to us at the address below: Yvonne Calverley What happens next?.... 1. When we receive your documents we will send them to the European Commission. Once they have been received by the European Commission and we have had notification of this you will officially be a member of HENRE 2 and your institution will be able to attend HENRE 2 events. 2. Once the European Commission have contacted us, St Martin’s College will send your organisation a partner agreement which will need completing and signing by your legal representative and returning to us. We will require your contact details and Bank account information at this stage. This will enable you to claim 30% grant funding for any events you travel to. We look forward to welcoming you as a new member of the HENRE 2 network. |
